  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (e.g., UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx Express).
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide using USPS International or UPS International services.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (US) Shipping:
    • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (applies to contiguous US states).

    • Expedited options are available, varying by weight and destination.
  • International Shipping:
    • Rates start are dependent upon location to be shipped to and are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.
    • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing and fuel surcharges. Final costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Custom or personalized items may take up to 7 business days.
  • Delivery Estimates (from shipment date):
    • Standard Domestic (US): 3-7 business days.
    • Expedited Domestic: 1-3 business days.
    • International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. For customers in Carlsbad, CA, or nearby areas, local USPS options may offer faster ground delivery (typically 1-2 days).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Track your package directly on the carrier's website (e.g., usps.com, ups.com).
  • If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact our support team at support@lavadawgsapparel.com.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited services (standard shipping is available).
  • Some items (e.g., oversized apparel or bundles) may have additional shipping fees or restrictions.
  • We cannot ship to certain restricted countries due to international regulations—please check at checkout.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim or sending a replacement.
  • Lava Dawgs Apparel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. Address Changes and Cancellations
